Why park models?

While Park Model Trailers are classified as RV's, we prefer to call them Park Model Homes.

With higher ceilings, full size bathrooms, and all around more room, a park model home is a great choice whether your looking for something to put on your own land, or moving one into our resort.

Park models have either natural gas furnaces or all-electric heat pumps.  This means park models are easier to heat during the cooler months and without the extra hassle of getting a LP tank filled.

With the ability to customize just about everything from the color of the siding to the kitchen faucets, it really will feel like home.
